Meet Gerardo!

Gerardo was born and raised in Zarate (province of Buenos Aires) and took his first steps in tango at the age of 9. He studied dance under the auspices of some of the most important conductors in the world, cultivating a special personal style that can be found both on social dance floors and on the tango stage.

In 2015, Gerardo traveled to Tokyo and engaged in teaching while participating in many performances.

In 2018, she started touring Europe as part of the "Tangueros del Sur" company of Natalia Hills, one of the greatest tango dancers and teachers of her time. As part of the tour, he was in Greece participating in the legendary show "Maria de Buenos Aires" which toured many important cultural sites in Greece, such as Herodeion.

After the end of the tour, Gerardo decided to settle in Greece and engage in teaching. For three years he was a teacher in schools both in Athens and in Patras.

For Gerardo, tango is love and passion. They are the feelings that someone suddenly experiences in a hug. Basic principles in his teaching are the understanding of movement at its core and the analysis of both movement and musicality in order to achieve a harmonious whole that is not only visually impressive, but also experienced internally in the embrace.
